Martin’s School of Cooking is excited to offer chef led culinary classes to help enhance your workplace. Your employees will build relationships and learn to work together more effectively here in our kitchen, and will take the skills they’ve learned back to the office. It’s a unique opportunity to reward your workforce, and won’t be soon forgotten! A $100 non-refundable room rental fee is required to reserve your date and must be received within 10 days of making reservations.   All date requests are subject to kitchen availability.

Dinner Party

Your group will divide into pairs, each in charge of preparing a different dish (entrée, appetizer, salad, dessert, etc). After all the hard work, everyone will enjoy the fruits their labor with a delicious meal prepared by all of you! Themed menus include: Asian, Italian, Mexican, Brunch, Small Plates, Tapas and Soup.

Iron Gourmet

Work together to create a meal featuring our secret ingredient. Kitchen professionals will be on hand to give guidance and inspiration, but you get to taste and create the masterpieces!

Sweet Spot

Satisfy your sweet tooth with an afternoon dedicated to desserts! Your group will divide into teams and each will create a different dessert. The best part is tasting the finished results! This class includes a booklet of the recipes prepared during class.

Ingredients Only

We give you the ingredients and the name of the dish; you make up the instructions along the way! Your group will divide into pairs with each overseeing a different component of the meal. It’s up to you to decide how to make it. Your taste buds will be the judge of how well your team works together.
