Day 4 - Danish Rice Pudding with Cherry Sauce


Studded with toasted blanched almonds and bound together with freshly whipped cream, this beloved Danish dish is served cold topped with hot cherry sauce and garnished with more freshly whipped cream and a shower of blanched almonds.
