Who else hauls watermelons into their house all summer long, like I do!? I love a refreshing slice of watermelon in the summer heat. Take your fresh watermelon and wind day with a creamy sorbet. Only three ingredients until a household of smiles. 

Watermelon Sorbet, 1 serving
1 cup watermelon chunks
1 banana
1/2 tsp. lime juice

Blend all ingredients together in food processor or blender until smooth. Pour into a loaf pan and freeze for 1 hour. Remove and stir, breaking up ice crystals. Allow to freeze completely; 3-4 hours. Serve immediately.
