Tomato Jam “Britt’s Fancy Ketchup”

6-8 Tomatoes on the Vine

1/4 Cup Sugar

¼ Cup Sweet Wine

¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

3 Tablespoons Worcestershire

1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt

1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

 

  1. Leave skin and seeds on tomatoes, dice them and add them to a sauce pan.
  2. Add ingredients to the tomatoes and cook on low for an hour.
  3. Once the ingredients have thickened to a jam consistency you are ready to serve.
