If you and your family have traveled to Disney you may have indulged in their famous Dole Whip's to cool off on a hot day. Here is our version of a healthy pineapple whip sure to hit your sweet tooth craving this summer. 

Pineapple Whip2 servings
1 20 oz. can diced pineapple, packed in 100% juice, drained 
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 lemon, juice
1/2 lime, juiced
Drain canned pineapple and place into a reusable container. Freeze overnight. Remove from freezer a few minutes prior to making to allow pineapple to thaw slightly. 

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
