Mediterranean Meatballs with Tzatziki, 4 servings
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion, grated
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs

Tzatziki Sauce
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber, grated
1/2 Tbsp. dried dill
1  garlic clove, minced
1/2 lemon, juiced
salt and pepper, to taste

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Using your hand, mix all the meatball ingredients together. Form into golf ball sized meatballs and place on a parchment-line baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minute.

Make sauce while meatballs are baking.
