Meat & Cheese Charcuterie Board
Prep: 25 minutes   Serves: 12

¼ pound sliced hard salami 
2 packages (6 ounces each) Italian Dry Coppa & Prosciutto
1 package (8 ounces) Gruyère cheese, cut into ½-inch cubes
1 package (5.2 ounces) garlic and fine herbs Gournay cheese
1 package (5 ounces) aged Gouda cheese slices, halved diagonally
1 package (4.4 ounces) water crackers
1 package (4 ounces)  crumbled Blue cheese
1 package (3 ounces) sweet soppressata
½ (8.8-ounce) package whole grain crackers
2 medium fuji apples, cored and thinly sliced
¼ cup Brazilian wildflower honey
¼ cup orange marmalade

Arrange salami, coppa and prosciutto, Gruyère cheese, Gournay cheese, Gouda cheese, water crackers, blue cheese, soppressata, whole grain crackers and apples on large serving platter; serve with honey and marmalade.
