Lavender Lemon Loaf1 loaf
1 cup butter, softened
2 cup sugar
4 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
10 drops LorAnn Lemon Essential Oil
6 drops LorAnn Lavender Essential Oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs into butter mixture one at a time. Thoroughly mix.

In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.

Slowly add dry ingredients and buttermilk into wet ingredients. Stir in vanilla, lemon essential oil, and lavender essential oil.

Pour into loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
