Savory Mini Chicken Pies
1 package Pillsbury flaky biscuits
8 oz. vegetable cream cheese
2 Tbsp. half and half
1 cup Martins rotisserie chicken, shredded

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix together cream cheese and half and half. Add the chicken. Separate one biscuit. Put a Tbsp. filling in the middle of the biscuit and place biscuit top back on. Press around the edges with a fork. Repeat with other biscuits and remaining filling. Bake on a piece of parchment paper for 20-25 minutes.

Dietitian Tip: add veggies to this dish by mixing in a 1/2 cup of drained and rinsed canned corn, peas or carrots to your cream cheese mixture.
