If you are not sure if you are a kale fan - try this recipe! It will have you hooked. Plus, smoothies make for a quick and easy breakfast allowing you to get in both fruits and veggies first thing in the morning. 

Kale Green Smoothie, 3 cups
1 cup kale
1 apple, roughly chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated ginger
1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil
Maple syrup, to taste

Place all into a blender and blend on high. Add maple syrup to taste.
