Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa4 servings
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
4 salmon fillets

2 avocados, diced
1 lime, juiced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped

In a large bowl, mix oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Coat salmon fillets and marinade or refrigerate for 30 minutes. 

Grill salmon on hot griddle pan on high heat for 2 minutes on each side. 

In a separate bowl, lightly toss diced avocado, lime juice, olive oil, salt, cilantro. Spoon avocado salsa on top of cooked salmon.
