An easy and refreshing way to get in your greens. Nutritious and your kids will love them! It's like a smoothie, but better.

Green Popsicles, 6 servings
1/2 cup canned pineapple chunks, packed in 100% juice
1/2 cup baby spinach
1/2 green apple
1 cucumber, skin removed
1/2 cup coconut water

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid as necessary. Divide between 6 popsicle molds and freeze until completely frozen.
