Lighten up your traditional egg salad with yogurt and you will have a hearty sandwich in minutes.

Egg Salad Sandwich1 serving
2 hardboiled eggs
2 sliced whole grain bread
2 1/2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
1 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp. fresh dill
salt and pepper, to taste

In a medium bowl, chop up eggs. Add yogurt and mayonnaise. Mix well. Add fresh dill, salt and pepper. Layer between two slices of bread. Add spinach, tomatoes or slice avocado, as desired.
