This chia pudding is filled with omega 3, protein, and fiber!

Breakfast Chia Pudding with Berry Compote
Prep: 20 minutes plus standing, chilling and cooling
Cook: 10 minutes
Serves: 4

2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
3 tablespoons Our Family® Pure Honey
2 cups Our Family® Fresh Frozen Berry Medley
1/2 cup Our Family® Vanilla Almond Granola
1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1. In large bowl, stir milk, chia seeds and 2 tablespoons honey; let stand 10 minutes. Stir; cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to overnight. Makes about 2 cups.

2. In small saucepot, heat berries, remaining 1 tablespoon honey and 2 tablespoons water to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 10 minutes or until reduced by half, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; cool completely. Makes about 1 cup.

3. Stir pudding and divide into 4 (8-ounce) glasses or jars; top with berry compote, granola and sunflower seeds.
