Build Your Own Slider Charcuterie Board
Prep: 25 minutes   Serves: 12

½ pound sliced hickory honey turkey bread
½ pound sliced roast beef
2 packages (3 ounces each) prosciutto
2 packages (3 ounces each) coppa
1 package (15 ounces) butter slider buns
1 package (15 ounces) sweet Hawaiian slider buns
1 package (8 ounces) sliced mozzarella cheese
1 package (6 ounces) sliced cheddar cheese, halved diagonally
1 package (6 ounces) sliced Colby Jack cheese
12 baby romaine, halved lengthwise
2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced crosswise
½ medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup potato chips
½ cup thinly sliced roasted red peppers
1/3 cup drained pickled jalapeno slices
¼ cup drained sliced black olives
1/3 cup Our Family® Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Our Family® Mustard

Arrange turkey, beef, prosciutto, coppa, buns, mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, Colby-Jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, chips, red peppers, jalapeños and olives on large serving platter; serve with mayonnaise and mustard.
