Baked Salmon with Creamy Cucumber Dill Sauce, 4 servings
4 - 4 oz. salmon filets
12 oz. Opadipity Greek Yogurt Dip - Cucumber Dill
2 lemons
2 Tbsp. olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and juice from one lemon.
Place salmon filets into baking dish. Brush the tops of the salmon filet with olive oil mixture. Bake in the oven for 12-16 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread with cucumber dill Greek yogurt dip. Garnish with second lemon.
