Baked Apples, 4 servings
4 Tbsp. brown sugar, divided
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup raisins
1 cup white wine
Preheat oven to 375°F. Core apples 1/2 inch from bottom and 3/4 inch wide. Combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, pecans and raisins and stuff into apples. Pour wine around the apples, cover with foil and bake until soft, about 1 hour.
