One of our favorite ways to serve scallops and a staple at our table Christmas Eve.

Bacon Wrapped Scallops, 6 servings
1 lb. bacon
18 scallops
1 tsp. smoked paprika

Rinse scallops under cold water. Cut bacon strips in half.

Wrap each scallop with 1/2 strip of bacon. Skewer 2–3 each bacon wrapped scallop. Sprinkle with smoked paprika, seasoning both sides.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Sear scallops until golden and bacon is crispy, 3-4 minutes per side.
